They are not pasteurized, so they preserve the freshness and properties of the fruit, including its naturally present probiotics. As a result, we obtain a product suitable for a wide variety of consumers, as it meets a wide spectrum of food intolerances: gluten-free, lactose- free(aecosan <0.01%), egg-free. Endorsed by laboratory control analytics accredited in the UNE 17025 standar.
